Faithfulaw International was originally founded by several pioneering patent attorneys under the State Ministry of China in 1985 and became a private law firm in 1993 according to the requirements of the Chinese Reform and the relevant provisions of the Chinese Corporation Law, and then merged and became "Faithfulaw International IP Law Office"in 2005.

Faithfulaw International has built up a qualified and experienced team of patent attorneys and trademark attorneys with technical fields covering electronics, mechanics, electricity, chemistry, biotech, pharmaceutics, computer network and telecommunication technology, etc., in which many of them are leading practitioners of intellectual property laws in China with excellent education and professional training in China and abroad. Faithfulaw International’s attorneys are not only qualified to provide legal services of patent and trademark prosecution for the clients at home and abroad but also proficient in legal enforcement such as dealing with administrative adjudication, invalidation, litigation of patent and trademark infringement cases, licensing/business transactions, as well as advising on strategy for protection of IP rights, portfolio planning and management, patenting high technology, developing and drafting infringement/non infringement and validity/invalidity opinions, providing pre-litigation advice.
