In China, the International Classification of goods and services is now adopted. It is the main classification
principle of goods/services. Besides, TMO classifies the goods/services under each International class into
several sub-classes, according to their specific functions and features. Designated goods/services for a
trademark application must be clear. One application can only cover one class of goods/services. |
