The valid term of a trademark registration in China is 10 years from the date of registration. The term can be renewed indefinitely, each time for ten years, but an application for renewal must be filed with TMO within six months before the expiration date. After the expiration date, a request for renewal will still be accepted by paying an extra fee, but the request must be filed within six months after the expiration date. |
