14.If an application is rejected, what shall the applicant do?
  If the applicant is not satisfied with the decision of the SIPO rejecting the application, within three months 
from the date of receiving the notification he can request the Patent Re-examination Board to make a 
re-examination. The Patent Re-examination Board shall make a decision and notify the applicant after
re-examination. And then if the applicant is still not satisfied with the decision made by the 
Re-examination Board, he may institute legal proceedings in the People's Court for the decision within 
three months from the date of receipt of the notification.
