After the grant of the patent right for an invention or utility model, a person will be liable for patent infringement and actions can be brought against him if he commits, for business purposes, any of the following acts: ---making, using, offering to sell, selling or importing the patented product; ---using the patented process; or ---using, offering to sell, selling or importing the product directly obtained by the patented process.
